The Rotary Club of Mumbai Queen's Necklace (RCQNM) is a community of leaders, professionals, entrepreneurs, and changemakers united by a shared commitment to creating meaningful and lasting impact.
Founded on 17 June 1985, RCQNM has been part of the global Rotary movement for over four decades. As part of the global Rotary movement, we believe that some of society's most pressing challenges can only be addressed through collaboration, trust, and collective action. For over four decades, our members have come together to contribute their expertise, networks, resources, and time towards initiatives that strengthen communities and improve lives.
At RCQNM, service is not simply about participation. It is about creating opportunities for impact, building meaningful partnerships, and enabling change that endures.
We believe that transformative change rarely happens in isolation.
The most effective solutions emerge when committed individuals, credible organisations, institutions, and communities come together with a shared purpose. Our role is to bring these stakeholders together and create the conditions for meaningful action.
Rather than operating every initiative ourselves, we focus on identifying opportunities, enabling partnerships, mobilising resources, and supporting projects with the potential to create measurable and sustainable outcomes. We also work with companies undertaking CSR initiatives, helping connect their resources and objectives with credible projects and organisations where their support can create meaningful impact.
By acting as facilitators of impact, we help bridge the gap between intent and action, ensuring that the right people, resources, opportunities and support reach the right causes at the right time.
We identify initiatives that address genuine community needs and demonstrate the potential for long-term impact. Through strategic support and active engagement, we help transform promising ideas into meaningful outcomes.
Collaboration is at the heart of our approach. We work alongside trusted non-profit organisations, social enterprises, institutions, and community partners whose expertise and on-ground presence enable effective implementation and sustainable results.
Impact requires more than funding alone. We connect projects with the resources they need to succeed, whether through financial support, professional expertise, strategic guidance, volunteer engagement, or access to wider networks.
Our focus extends beyond individual projects. We support initiatives that can grow, evolve, and create lasting value, helping successful interventions reach more people and strengthen more communities over time.
For over four decades, RCQNM has been shaped by the commitment and the impact of the members who have carried forward a shared vision of service and community impact.
Each member has added to the club’s journey, strengthening its fellowship, expanding its reach, and contributing to causes that matter. Their collective contribution is the legacy RCQNM carries forward, providing the foundation for an even greater impact in the years ahead.
